面膜是將彩色油墨絲印至透明高分子聚合物背面，一旦絲印完成并切割成形，此層就成為彩色面膜層。面膜層為薄膜開(kāi)關(guān)的組成部分，它能清楚地顯示開(kāi)關(guān)的功能、顯示顏色、面膜類(lèi)型以及開(kāi)關(guān)的操作位置，它還能起保護作用。

     依據工程師以往的經(jīng)驗和對使用細節的核查，他們將推薦幾種面膜材料。大多數都采用聚脂材料，有3種主要材料可以選擇，它們的相關(guān)特性如下：

什么是設計時(shí)最重要的考慮因素？

    每種單獨的顏色（包括背景色）需要不同的絲網(wǎng)印刷操作。彩色油墨印刷在感光材料的下表面，每次操作均需要進(jìn)行顏色分選、油墨調配、絲網(wǎng)準備，并對此單獨進(jìn)行準備和登記。因此，顏色對開(kāi)關(guān)的價(jià)格也有一定的影響。 

    （1）原圖和各種標志能由高清晰度的掃描儀進(jìn)行掃描，高質(zhì)量、高對比度的“原圖”可以減少工時(shí)。

    （2）客戶(hù)提供原圖對我廠(chǎng)的設計師有幫助，我廠(chǎng)根據客戶(hù)要求及色標號調制油墨顏色，以保證質(zhì)量和效率。

    （3）面膜圖紙中的線(xiàn)條要清晰、連貫，否則會(huì )給絲印帶來(lái)很大的困難。

What is the most important consideration when designing?

Each individual color (including the background color) requires a different screen printing operation. Color ink printing on the lower surface of the photosensitive material, each operation is required for color sorting, ink deployment, screen preparation, and to prepare and register for this alone.
