什么是按鍵凸起？

按鍵凸起是用壓鼓機將面膜層上的鍵體區域壓起。此方法依據材料的自然特性和凸凹特性，有嚴格的溫度和壓力要求。

基本形式如下：

（1）框線(xiàn)凸起：開(kāi)關(guān)邊緣凸起的時(shí)候采用。

（2）平面凸起：整個(gè)開(kāi)關(guān)都高于面板表面時(shí)采用。

（3）球凸：用于加工球形按鍵。

（4）框線(xiàn)凸起+球凸：不常用。

  重要的設計考慮因素有哪些：

（1）需要專(zhuān)用的模具機加工。
