薄膜開(kāi)關(guān)引出線(xiàn)

引出線(xiàn)為一個(gè)或多個(gè)柔性線(xiàn)路回路的引出部分，用于連接連接器。 此線(xiàn)路可承載多重回路，它的寬度和傾斜度根據需要而定。我廠(chǎng)在傾斜度上的要求處于領(lǐng)先地位。

常有的誤區：

引出線(xiàn)是薄膜內一層或多層線(xiàn)路回路引出的一個(gè)獨立的和完整的線(xiàn)路，改變引出線(xiàn)的長(cháng)度對于薄膜開(kāi)關(guān)的性能有一定的影響?？梢酝ㄟ^(guò)增加引出線(xiàn)的寬度而達到增加引出線(xiàn)長(cháng)度的性能。

設計考慮因素：

對于每一個(gè)項目，我 企業(yè)會(huì )根據以下因素設計引出線(xiàn)：

   (1)電路結構

   (2)顧客所使用的聯(lián)接器。

   (3)屏蔽層和聯(lián)接器的要求。

   (4)保證與其它元件完好聯(lián)接的機械結構設計。

    4、 碳保護層

  注意：

   (1)引出線(xiàn)不能隨意被折疊，或是彎曲半徑超過(guò)2.5mm 。

   (2)如果要求引出線(xiàn)折彎，我 企業(yè)會(huì )提供可靠的壓力、高溫定型以滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)的要求。

   (3)引出線(xiàn)不必被精確地切割成直線(xiàn)，它們可以被修成各種形狀以滿(mǎn)足不同裝配的要求。

   (4)因為引出線(xiàn)是線(xiàn)路層的外延部分，它們不能離開(kāi)開(kāi)關(guān)觸點(diǎn)的下方。

   (5)線(xiàn)路絕緣選項：

     ①碳保護層用于防止銀氧化，并保證線(xiàn)路與插針良好聯(lián)接。

     ②用絕緣油涂印在引出線(xiàn)上的成本較低。

     ③為保證靜電和防止磨損， 我企業(yè)會(huì )提供一層聚脂層用于密封傳導線(xiàn)路。

be careful：

(1) lead outlet can not be arbitrarily folded, or bending radius of more than 2.5mm.

(2) if the line is bent, the company will provide reliable pressure and high temperature to meet the requirements of the customers.

(3) lead wire will not be accurately cut into a straight line, they can be built in various shapes to meet the different requirements of assembly.

(4) because the lead out line is the extension of the line layer, they can not leave the lower part of the switch contact.

(5) line insulation options:

The carbon protective layer to prevent the oxidation of silver, and ensure good connection line and pin.

The cost of using insulating oil on the extraction line is low.

In order to ensure the electrostatic and prevent wear, I companies will provide a layer of polyester layer for sealing the transmission line.
